Certified Emotion Code Practitioner Sessions
Emotion Code is a process of finding the trapped emotions in the body due to a disruption in the normal processing of emotional energy during times of overwhelm. We discover, decode and remove trapped emotions from the body. Many times trapped emotions can contribute to negative habits, unexplained illness or feelings and more. Any age, person or animal can benefit from these sessions. Clients do not need to divulge or re-live events or issues. We can do a general search of what trapped emotions the body and subconscious are ready to release or look into areas of specific concern. Just a few examples of issues caused by trapped emotions: ruminating thoughts, overeating, aversion to people/places/music, unexplained aches/pains, disturbing dreams, blocks in successful relationships, career, finances, anxiety, and more. Emotions can become trapped in experiences of trauma or any overwhelming situation, these can be inherited at birth, or due to personal experience from birth to adulthood. Initial sessions are one hour with follow up sessions being 30 minutes. NOTE: Emotion Code sessions are NOT therapy, nor do they replace the need to continue or pursue professional counseling or medical diagnosis. However, they can be a wonderful complementary session to any professional services you are in currently (or seek in the future) to enhance and further your healing journey.

Energy Balancing/Reiki
Bringing your energetic system back online
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. I utilize a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of energy balancing range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. I may also use singing bowls or tuning forks to assist with restoring the nervous system state through the use of sound and vibration.

Sound bath
Sound baths are an immersive sensory experience. By using singing bowls and tuning forks along with curated music I will spend this time surrounding your body in sound and frequency. Each singing bowl or tuning fork has a specific Hertz and tone that works directly with your nervous system and energy system to stimulate peace, wellness, self healing and relaxation.
